Weekend Schedule
Saturday, November 7

3:00 PM: Hotel check-in begins; Scions conference room opens.

Evening: Group dinner at a reserved nearby restaurant (or dine on your own).

Post-Dinner: Brief logistics meeting in the conference room to prepare for Sunday at Arlington.
Sunday, November 8

8:00 AM: Meet in the hotel lobby to convoy to Arlington National Cemetery. (A rendezvous point will be set for those meeting directly at the cemetery.)

9:15 AM (Sharp): Wreath laying at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Changing of the Guard, and group photo.

10:15 AM: Wreath laying and commemoration at the 17th Airborne Division Monument on McClellan Drive, featuring Taps by a U.S. Army Band bugler, followed by a group photo.

11:00 AM: Group visit to the Battle of the Bulge, Nurses, and Engineers memorials.

Late Morning: Break into small groups to place flowers at individual troopers' gravesites (~12 graves per car).

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Group lunch at a reserved restaurant.

Afternoon: Optional visit to the National WWII Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Evening: Group dinner at a reserved restaurant (or dine on your own).
Monday, November 9

12:00 PM: Hotel check-out and departures.
Important - Arlington Vehicle Access: Driving access inside Arlington National Cemetery is strictly limited. If you already hold an official family vehicle pass, please inform Pat O’Brien ASAP. We have applied for additional one-day cemetery vehicle passes and will follow up with registered drivers to collect required vehicle and passenger details.
